Rick Gatlin Wholesale Carpet Care was established in the carpet and tile cleaning business in 1978. Through-out the first ten years, we acquired a wide range of loyal customers including but not limited to insurance companies, home owners, realty companies and property management companies just to name a few. What we found during these ten years was that our customers' needs were more than carpet and tile cleaning; therefore, we expanded our services to include wood flooring, drape cleaning, furniture/upholstery cleaning, and rug cleaning. Fibrerguard and scotch guarding of furniture, carpet, and fabric is also a big service many of our customers utilize. In addition to our cleaning and protective services, we also provide new flooring installations of name brand carpets, woods, laminates and padding. We have now become "A One Stop shop" for all your flooring and drapery needs.

Our main goal is "To provide personal quality service to our customers at a reasonable price." We strive to improve customer relations in several ways. We call our customers after each job to make sure they are satisfied and ask if there is anything we can do to improve upon the service we provided. The second one-on-one with the customer confirms our dedication and gains their trust as they become a long-term customer. We consider our customers to be part of our extended family and we treat them as such. Many of our customers have been with us for twenty five years. As a satisfied customer, they tell their family and friends thus cutting down on advertising cost allowing us to maintain our reputation as a fair and reasonable priced service provider.
